Qualifications

• 1-3 years of cash handling in-person customer service, retail, or banking experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and via email.
• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with the full range of banking products and services.
• Perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision.
• Analyze, research and resolve problems related to member accounts/loans.
• Assist members with submitting loan and credit applications.
• Counsel members about products and services.
• Ensure cash and negotiable instruments are handled properly.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to increase product penetration.
• Perform platform banking functions.
