TEKsystems is hiring a Bank Teller for a contract role at a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Cameron, NC. The position requires 1-3 years of cash handling and strong customer service skills, with a schedule Monday–Friday and some Saturdays.

The role focuses on delivering banking products, handling cash, and cross-selling services to members. On-site work with full-time hours and a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of cash handling experience in in-person customer service, retail, and banking industry.
• Bank Teller experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and via email.
• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client, including depository accounts, lending products, and credit/debit cards.
• Perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision.
• Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans.
• Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loan, overdraft protection and credit card applications.
• Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services.
• Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly.
• Identify opportunities to cross-service products and increase product penetration.
• Perform platform banking functions.
