Role Summary

The Member Care & Staff Development Specialist serves cross-cultural workers across Europe, Central Asia, Middle East and North Africa, combining compassionate care with strategic HR and staff development functions. From onboarding and off-boarding to crisis support, conflict mediation, and community building, this role touches every stage of a staff member's journey — ensuring they feel welcomed, cared for, and equipped to thrive in their cross-cultural calling.

Working closely with the HR Director, office managers, and a global Member Care team, you will drive key organizational initiatives including leadership development, succession planning, policy implementation, and learn activities that help staff and leaders grow in their God-given potential. Please note: This position is a supported/sponsored missionary role (not a direct hire opportunity), so the approved candidate would need to develop a team of partners to provide financially for their full salary and benefits. Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in Ministry Partner Development (MPD)
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the European region
• Ability to raise personal ministry support as a TWR missionary
