Job summary

Amae Health is opening a brand-new clinic in Orange, CA. We are hiring a Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) to support members daily, foster belonging, and help with clinic operations.

You will facilitate activities, manage communications, and collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians to ensure coordinated care. The role emphasizes member engagement, community resource connections, and growth through training.

Qualifications

• Enrolled or recently graduated in a degree program related to mental health.
• Interest in mental health and desire to work with members with Severe Mental Illness.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate groups, arts and crafts, and recreational activities to enhance the member experience.
• Welcome members to the clinic, manage communications via phone and email, and assist with scheduling and updates.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and primary care providers to share observations.
• Identify members’ ongoing needs and connect them with community resources.
• Participate in training and supervision to build skills in mental health support and engagement.
