Job summary

Amae Health is opening a new clinic in Boston, MA, and seeks a Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) to support members’ daily experiences and a sense of belonging. You will facilitate group activities, manage communications, and assist with daily workflows in collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care providers.

Ideal candidates are enrolled or recently graduated in a mental health field, with strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a proactive, empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• Enrolled or recently graduated in a degree program related to mental health such as pre‑med, psychology, social work, or nursing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate groups, arts and crafts, and recreational activities to enhance member experience.
• Welcome members, manage communications via phone and email, and assist with scheduling and records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to share observations and support coordinated member care.
• Identify members’ ongoing needs and connect them with community resources.
• Contribute to projects that support clinic growth and member success through training and supervision.
