Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in practice leadership, preferably in complex, multi-speciality ambulatory settings.
• Direct experience leading multidisciplinary patient-facing teams.
• Experience working in rapidly growing practices desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic in collaboration with the Clinical Director.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop employees.
• Monitor and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within practice operations.
