Job summary

Alabama Credit Union is seeking a Member Care Agent to deliver outstanding member service by telephone from our County Line call center. You will assist members with products and services, maintain a calm and helpful demeanor, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based tools. Prior customer service experience (1–3 years) is preferred and encouraged for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and web-based apps.
• Calm, even demeanor on calls; ability to describe and offer products to members; fast-paced environment flexibility.
• One to three years of related customer service experience (preferred).
