EFCU is looking for a relationship-driven, community-focused professional to join our team as a Member Development Specialist for our Columbus Corporate Office.
Pay Range starting at $24.50 / hour. (may vary with experience)
In this role, you’ll serve as a key ambassador in the communities we serve—building connections, creating opportunities, and helping more people benefit from the value of credit union membership.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Columbus, Ohio area. You’ll spend most of your time out in the community (about 80%), with the remaining time working from our office.
Because this role is highly relationship-driven, local travel is required within our field of membership, along with occasional evenings or weekends to support community events and programs.
