This full‑time role starts at $19 per hour, with growth opportunities and rotating Saturdays to support community outreach and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in banking/financial services
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic computer operation
• Ability to be bonded

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members to understand financial needs and recommend products
• Open and maintain accounts and assist with transactions, loans, online banking
• Provide proactive outreach to strengthen community presence
• Educate members on digital banking tools and services
• Resolve account issues and debit card disputes
• Support branch operations with clerical tasks and audits
