Member Assist Cart Attendant

Join Sam's Club’s Member Assist Cart Attendant role and help shape our members’ entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

Base Pay Range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Position Summary

You are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping them with purchases, keeping carts ready, and assisting members with loading their vehicles. You are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

What You'll Do

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled, notify members when pickup times are delayed, and offer alternative product options when necessary.
• Conduct safety sweeps, correct unsafe situations, and follow company policies for handling merchandise.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, operating cash registers, locating merchandise, zoning designated areas, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.
• Navigate company policies, procedures, and ethics, utilizing the Open Door Policy and executing business processes.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to complete work assignments and contribute to improvement opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

In addition to a base pay range of $17.00 to $24.00, this position may include performance‑based bonuses and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule and duties.
