Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Position Summary: We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

Responsibilities

• In the member assist – cart attendant role, ensure members see a well-kept parking lot, assist members with their purchases, and ensure carts are ready and available.
• Assist members by helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. Be prepared to be on your feet and on the go in various weather conditions.
• Maintain a positive attitude, greet and thank members, and provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; locate and organize merchandise; assist with transporting items; and ensure parking lot cleanliness.
• Operate and follow company policies for handling merchandise, safety, and transactional processes as needed.

What you'll do

• Ensure club pickup orders are fulfilled by notifying members about delays, unavailable items, or alternatives; package items according to company policies and procedures; resolve member issues; and promote company products and services.
• Process member purchases and assist with payments according to policies for different membership and payment types; use cash registers as needed.
