Trillium Professional is seeking a remote Member Appeals & Grievances Coordinator to support intake, data entry, and distribution of appeals and grievances. You will maintain secure records, respond to inquiries, and assist with audits, reporting, and training.

The role requires a healthcare administration background and strong attention to detail. Pay is $25/hour with a focus on accuracy and timely process management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with healthcare management systems; strong accuracy, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Member Appeals & Grievances Coordinator for a remote position!

Summary

• Support intake, identification, data entry, and distribution of member appeals and grievances.
• Maintain secure records, respond to member/provider inquiries, track deadlines, and assist with audits, reporting, trend analysis, and training.

Pay rate is $25/hour.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience;
• Microsoft Office; healthcare management system experience; strong accuracy, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Two or more years in healthcare appeals and grievances;
• Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare knowledge;
• Data entry/reporting experience;
• JIVA, Facets, Express Scripts, HPMS, or Access.
• CPC certification is preferred.
