Alignment Health is fully remote and seeks an Appeals & Grievance Coordinator to manage the day-to-day tracking of grievances, appeals, and complaints within the Member Services Department. You will act as the primary investigator and contact for member and provider grievances.
You will gather information, conduct investigations, prepare case histories for reviews, and ensure CMS guidelines and plan policies are followed.

The Appeals & Grievance Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the tracking and trending of all grievances, appeals, and complaints received within the Member Services Department. Acts as the primary investigator and contact person for member and provider grievances and appeals.

$44,790.00 - $67,185.00 Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
