Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Insurance Producers to ensure smooth enrollment-to-service transition.
• Follow up with members and families to answer questions and provide updates.
• Act as front-line contact with members, facilities, and care team to meet needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with network providers in the region.
• Meet with members/families monthly and report dissatisfied items to the plan.
