Job summary

Marine Credit Union is seeking a Member Advocate I in Des Moines to warmly welcome members and guide them toward their financial goals. You will support daily transactions, introduce digital tools, and help with account openings, all while learning our products and services.

You will engage with members to understand their needs, educating them on options that promote financial success. This is a community-focused, mission-driven role with opportunities for growth within a collaborative branch

Qualifications

• A passion for helping people and delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with computers and eagerness to learn new systems.
• Cash handling or banking experience is a plus (not required).
• Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply.
