Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years in sales environment, preferably financial products and services.
• Two years financial institution experience preferred.
• Eligible to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted advisory customer service and financial guidance.
• Sell products and services to meet member needs.
• Process loan applications and ensure accurate information.
• Maintain CRM records and input prospects and referrals.
• Schedule follow-up appointments with members.
• Resolve member complaints with calm, professional handling.
• Operate in a sales-oriented environment while ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Ability to discuss and sell Allegacy Financial products.
• Handle face-to-face interactions with members daily.
