Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union is expanding its Saline presence with a full-time Member Advisor role. You will assist members with daily banking needs, open accounts, process loans, and provide financial solutions with a focus on service and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

TRUE Community Credit Union is growing, and we're excited to expand our presence in the Saline community with the upcoming opening of our new downtown branch. We're looking for a Full-Time Member Advisor to join our team during this exciting time of growth. As a Member Advisor, you'll help members with everyday banking needs while building relationships, providing financial solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming community-focused environment.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience as a Bank Teller, Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Member Service Representative, Financial Services Representative, Customer Service Representative, or Retail Associate who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day.

Pay & Benefits

• $17.75 - $20.91+ per hour (starting salary may increase dependent upon relevant experience)

Schedule

Approximately 40 hours per week, including:

• Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending as late as 5:15 p.m.
• 2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

What You'll Do

As a Member Advisor, you'll help members with their everyday banking needs while providing personalized financial solutions. You'll process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other account transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You'll open and maintain deposit accounts, assist with consumer loan applications, educate members on fraud prevention and account security, and recommend products and services that support their financial well-being. Success in this role comes from delivering outstanding customer service, identifying member needs, and building lasting relationships through every interaction.
