Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union seeks a full-time Member Advisor II at our Downtown Branch to guide members through financial decisions, open accounts, and assist with loans while delivering outstanding service.

You will promote products that meet member goals, educate on fraud prevention, and build lasting relationships across multiple banking systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Strong member service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Lending, account opening, and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts.
• Assist members with consumer loan applications.
• Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals.

TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a full-time Member Advisor II to join our team at our Downtown Branch.

As a Member Advisor II, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a positive member experience.

Schedule

Approximately 40 hours per week, including:

• Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending as late as 5:15 p.m.
• 2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
