Join a member-owned cooperative delivering reliable energy in southern Arizona. You’ll use MS Office, multitask across channels (phone, live chat, email), and work with minimal supervision while maintaining precise billing details.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in customer service.
• Experience in billing, collections, sales and data entry preferred.
• Experience with MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• The Member Account Representative I plays a vital role on a high‑performance, member‑focused team in a fast‑paced call center environment.
• This position handles account openings and closures, answers member questions, and provides accurate account information.
• Maintains member accounts with attention to detail, supporting satisfaction and accurate data.
