The Member Account Representative I plays a vital role on a high-performance, member-focused team in a fast-paced call center environment. This position is the frontline connection between Trico and its members, delivering outstanding service by handling account openings and closures, answering member questions, and providing accurate account information. With a strong focus on relationship-building and attention to detail, this role helps ensure member satisfaction while maintaining accurate and up-to-date member accounts.
