Responsabilités

• Supervise Melt Shop hourly and non-exempt personnel on the assigned shift.
• Assign work to Lead Operators, Furnace Crews, and Technicians to meet objectives.
• Provide leadership, coach, and train personnel to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Review operations for compliance to procedures and fixed practices.
• Coordinate manpower between furnaces and support assignments to meet priorities.
• Lead and coach staff; perform performance evaluations quarterly and annually.
• Plan work with Lead Operators to maximize throughput and yield.
• Allocate resources to meet objectives across furnaces and maintenance.
• Develop operating and maintenance procedures and assist with preventative maintenance.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem solving for furnace operations.
• Coordinate raw material delivery with the Raw Material Processing Department.
