Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a MEFPAK Manager to support the Air Mobility Command Surgeon General team at Scott AFB, Illinois. You will apply MEFPAK processes to organize UTC development, manage facilities, and coordinate with DCAPES/MRDSS users to sustain readiness.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of relevant experience or 22 years equivalent, hold a Secret clearance, and understand Air Force Medical Readiness.

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance required.
• 10+ years experience with MA/MS or 8 years with BA/BS or 22 years equivalent experience.
• Experience in AF Medical Readiness at unit/Major Command/USAF level.
• MEFPAK process management: UTC development, sustainment, maintenance.
• DCAPES and MRDSS experience; MANFOR and LOGDET maintenance.
• DMLSS experience with facility management and program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide MEFPAK Process Management per DAFI 10-401.
• Support MEFPAK Playbook, MISCAP, and UTC development.
• Administer input to Pilot Unit Management, and TTPs.
• Maintain MEFPAK AMC Community of Practice on SharePoint.
• Define and develop business plans, processes, roles, communications, metrics.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses and implement improvements.
• Design and execute communication strategies to improve performance.
