Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Meeting and Events Manager to own the full lifecycle of bookings in New York.

You will respond to inquiries, coordinate logistics, run day-of experiences, conduct site tours, and ensure spaces are prepped for the next event. This role blends sales, operations and hospitality, with hands-on use of Tripleseat, and a focus on flawless execution, client relationships, and driving revenue.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in event coordination or hospitality.
• Client-facing confidence with site tours and managing expectations.
• Familiarity with Tripleseat or similar CRM is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• General management: submit reports on time; monitor trends; manage amenity budgets.
• Amenity management: oversee supplies, maintain cleanliness, escalations.
• Meeting and events management: manage leads and bookings end to end; conduct site tours; ensure rooms are preset and food delivered on time.
