VARITE INC in Ridgefield, CT 06877 is seeking a Meetings Management, Congress & HCP Operations Lead on a hybrid basis for a 12-month contract. You will oversee congresses, HCP meetings, and related event operations, including intake, timelines, registration, budgets, vendor coordination, and closeout documentation.

The role requires hands-on experience in meeting operations, procurement, dashboards, and process improvements, with familiarity with Cvent, Power BI, Veeva Vault, and related tools.

Formación

• Experience in meeting operations, congress management, event operations or procurement.
• Experience supporting high-volume, deadline-driven meetings across stakeholders and vendors in regulated environments.
• Strong organization, communication, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with meeting tools like Cvent, Power BI, and related platforms is preferred.
• Pharmaceuticals or life sciences exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage CMM meeting workflows, calendars, intake, timelines, assignments, access, and documentation.
• Support meeting setup, registration, attendee records, materials, and vendor documentation.
• Track POs, invoices, payments, budgets, forecasts, accruals, and vendor follow-up.
• Create dashboards and leadership summaries using meeting data and budgets.
