Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in St. Louis is seeking a Meeting Room Coordinator to manage all details of meeting room bookings, catering, breaks, setup and breakdown, and guest requests to ensure a seamless event experience.

Under general supervision, you will handle inventory of food items, calculate order levels and maintain a warm, guest-focused atmosphere. Availability includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.
