Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel Brentwood in Missouri is seeking a friendly breakfast attendant to help prepare, serve, and clean up our free hot breakfasts, create a welcoming lobby environment, and ensure food safety standards are met. You will contribute to a positive guest experience from sunrise through the morning hours.

You should be a warm, reliable communicator who can manage inventory, calculate order levels, and understand hotel operations and breakfast hours.

Qualifications

• Inventory management and calculating order levels.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and breakfast hours.
• Warm, friendly communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to speak and follow directions in English.
