Merrill Gardens at Sheldon Park is seeking a compassionate Medtech to support residents with daily living activities and medications in a supportive senior living community.

You would complete daily progress reports, assist with meals and personal care, and contribute to a safe, dignified home for residents. Training or state certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Current medtech training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• Medtech license or two years previous experience as a Medtech
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided.
• Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed.

If you are someone with:

• Current medtech training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
