Johnson & Johnson in Raritan, NJ is seeking a Summer 2027 Clinical Affairs & Strategy Intern to support strategic initiatives across Clinical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Evidence Generation within the MedTech Surgery organization.

The internship provides meaningful experience in a collaborative MedTech environment, helping you build foundational skills for careers in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or project management.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university during the internship.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, health sciences or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in medical devices, project management, and / or clinical research.
• Only students who have completed their sophomore year or above will be considered.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship.
• GPA 3.0+; 3.2+ preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership or campus/community involvement.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Support strategic initiatives across Clinical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Evidence Generation.
• Assist with project planning, tracking and coordination activities.
• Develop and communicate clinical, operational, and business insights via dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Clinical Affairs, R&D, Data Science, Marketing, and more.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to use digital tools and automation.
