Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Summer 2027 Clinical Affairs & Strategy Intern based in Raritan, NJ, with a hybrid or remote option based on qualifications. The internship runs May–August 2027 and requires full-time work (40 hours/week).

You will support strategic clinical initiatives, develop dashboards and reports, and collaborate across Clinical Affairs, R&D, Data Science and Marketing. The program includes paid benefits and exposure to MedTech operations.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives across Clinical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Evidence Generation, and related business functions.
• Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.
• Assist with the development, analysis, and communication of clinical, operational, and business insights through dashboards, reports, presentations, and other tools.
• Support project planning, tracking, and coordination across a diverse portfolio of clinical and evidence-generation programs.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and landscape assessments to inform business decisions and priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify needs, prioritize activities, and support plans and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through digital tools, AI, and innovative approaches.
• Create and maintain project documentation, training materials, process maps, meeting summaries, and other deliverables.
• Work with Clinical Affairs, R&D, Preclinical, Data Science, Marketing and other partners.
• Participate in special projects aligned with evolving business needs.
