Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Summer 2027 Clinical Affairs & Strategy Intern in the MedTech segment. Based in Raritan, NJ, this full-time internship runs May–August 2027 and may be hybrid or remote depending on qualifications.

You will work across Clinical Affairs, Operations, and Evidence Generation to support strategic initiatives, develop dashboards, and contribute to cross-functional projects in a collaborative MedTech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university during the internship.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, health sciences or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in medical devices, project management, and/or clinical research.
• Only students who have completed their sophomore year or above will be considered.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required; a GPA of 3.2 or higher is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and/or participation in campus programs and/or community service activities is desired.
• Ability to work remotely with strong organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support strategic initiatives across Clinical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Evidence Generation, and related business functions.
• Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.
• Assist with the development, analysis, and communication of clinical, operational, and business insights through dashboards, reports, presentations, and other tools.
• Support project planning, tracking, and coordination activities across a diverse portfolio of clinical and evidence-generation programs.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and landscape assessments to inform business decisions and strategic priorities.
• Partner with business areas to identify needs, prioritize activities, and support project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through digital tools, automation, AI, and new ways of working.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of project documentation, training materials, process maps, meeting summaries, and other deliverables.
• Collaborate with Clinical Affairs, R&D, Preclinical, Data Science, Marketing, and other partners.
