Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) is seeking a Software Development Manager, MedTech to lead a high‑performing, geographically distributed team of 12–15 full‑stack engineers building enterprise SaaS software for medical devices.

The role is based in Wilmington, MA with hybrid flexibility, reporting to the Engineering Director. You will oversee development of cloud‑based enterprise software and medical devices, ensuring quality, performance, security, and FDA‑regulated design controls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software development/background in an enterprise software vendor setting.
• Experience leading geographically distributed software teams.
• Strong collaboration with Architecture, Product, Cybersecurity, Quality and Regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the development manager to a distributed team of full‑stack developers.
• Build, mentor and coach a high‑performance engineering team.
• Foster AI-powered innovation and technical excellence.
• Align skills to the solution roadmap and strengthen engineering capabilities.
• Ensure timely delivery of the product roadmap in an agile environment.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments and manage cross‑team dependencies.
• Partner with Architecture and Product leadership to define measurable delivery outcomes.
