Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Development Manager, Cloud Technologies to lead a distributed software team in a regulated MedTech environment focused on cardiopulmonary care.

You will ensure high-quality, compliant cloud solutions and guide cross-functional collaboration with Architecture, Product, Cybersecurity, Quality, and Regulatory teams. The role requires extensive leadership in an enterprise software context under QMS and Design Controls, with hybrid/In-office work in Wilmington, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on software development background in an enterprise software vendor setting.
• 8+ years of experience in an enterprise software product development environment with multiple Agile teams.
• Proven track record of transitioning teams to Agile methods.
• Experience in a regulated environment with Quality Management System and Design Controls.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
• Technical SME with Cloud-based technologies (AWS) and microservices/containerized architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of 12–15 software engineers in a regulated MedTech setting.
• Oversee development and delivery of cloud-based medical devices and enterprise software solutions.
• Balance compliance rigor with speed, innovation, and scalability.
