Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated Sales Intern to join the Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP) for the summer. The role provides hands-on exposure to the sales and commercial environment within the Vision/MedTech business, including field shadowing and project work.

Target Hire Date: 06/07/2027. Target End Date: 08/13/2027. This internship offers mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and development of leadership capabilities in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Strong academic performance with a 3.0 GPA.
• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student entering junior or senior year.
• Interest in sales, healthcare, or the medical device/MedTech industry.

Responsibilities

• Shadow field-based Territory Account Managers to observe customer interactions, selling strategies, and territory management.
• Participate in ride-alongs, customer engagements, and in-service observations where appropriate.
• Deliver a final presentation summarizing project outcomes and recommendations.
