Job summary

Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of applied experience in digital transformation or product ownership.
- Strong understanding of R&D processes and regulated environments.
- Ability to define vision, roadmaps, priorities, and governance models.
- Experience leading or contributing to global digital platforms.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Own product lifecycle management of sector R&D digital platforms, including deployments, operations, adoption, and value realization.
- Lead strategic planning, roadmaps, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive innovation through automation and data-driven digital capabilities; evaluate emerging technologies.
