Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to apply technology to solve business problems with strong communication and collaboration at senior levels.
• 12+ years of technology leadership experience; 8+ years of people leadership in scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology strategy for Robotics and Digital in alignment with MedTech business goals.
• Own the business technology portfolio—prioritization, funding, delivery, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Forge strong cross-functional partnerships to accelerate digitalization and platform modernization.
• Ensure compliant technology across cybersecurity, regulatory, legal, and privacy functions.
• Drive AI/GenAI initiatives, data governance, and value realization across markets.
