The position focuses on owning, evolving, and realizing value from digital platforms across MedTech R&D, combining product ownership with platform stewardship and innovation enablement.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of applied experience in R&D or digital transformation.
Proven experience in digital transformation, sector platforms, or product ownership.
Strong understanding of R&D processes and regulated environments.
Ability to define vision, roadmaps, priorities, and governance models.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to own and deliver defined platforms or capability areas.

Responsibilities

Own product lifecycle management for sector R&D digital platforms.
Lead strategic planning, roadmap development, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
Drive innovation through automation and data-driven digital capabilities; evaluate emerging technologies.
