Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to lead the Monarch Bronchoscopy program in Santa Clara, CA. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, developing timelines, and driving quarterly goals.

You will manage program risks, work with vendors, and report progress to leadership while ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in a regulated environment.
• 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with complex systems or dynamic teams.
• Experience with project management software.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (international and domestic).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Monarch Bronchoscopy program development and progress.
• Organize regular team meetings, track risks, resolve issues, and review action items.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver against detailed plans within budget and timelines.
• Ensure proactive communications with leadership and management on milestones.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and drive risk closure.
• Foster team ownership and alignment with business plans.
• Provide regular progress updates to Johnson & Johnson Robotics & Digital Solutions leadership.
• Coordinate with external vendors as needed.
