Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in a regulated environment.
• 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with complex systems or in complex dynamic teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, international and domestic.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the progress of Monarch Bronchoscopy product development programs.
• Organize regular team meetings to drive progress, track and mitigate risks, resolve/escalate issues, and review action items.
• Actively plan and drive cross-functional project teams to deliver against integrated, detailed plans within budget and timelines.
• Enable proactive communications with directors and managers, ensuring integration of projects and achievement of program milestones.
• Proactively identify program and technical risks, generate mitigation plans, and facilitate risk closure.
• Build team ownership and dedication to projects and business plans.
• Prepare regular updates for J&J Robotics & Digital Solutions management on progress of assigned projects.
• Coordinate and drive efforts with external vendors, including co-development and subcontracted development if required.
