Job summary

This role requires 7+ years in a regulated environment with strong communication skills and travel up to 10%. You will interact with senior leaders and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years in a regulated environment.
• 3+ years in program or project management.
• Experience with complex systems and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (international and domestic).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Monarch Bronchoscopy product development programs.
• Organize regular team meetings to drive progress and mitigate risks.
• Actively plan and drive cross-functional project teams to deliver against plans.
• Enable proactive communications with directors and managers.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and close risks.
• Build team ownership and alignment with business plans.
• Provide regular updates to J&J Robotics & Digital Solutions management.
• Allocate tasks among team members and lead to objectives.
• Coordinate with external vendors for co-development and subcontracting.
