Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Director of Product Management for MONARCH Urology in Santa Clara, CA. You will define product strategy, drive upstream innovation, and lead global marketing, partnering with R&D and commercial teams to translate insights into differentiated products and successful global commercialization.

You will lead pricing, lifecycle management, and cross-functional execution while guiding a high-performing team across regions and functions to deliver meaningful patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, marketing, strategy, or related fields with progressive scope and responsibility.
• 3+ years of experience building and/or managing high performance teams.
• Experience in complex MedTech or robotics environments; urology knowledge preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytics, and financial acumen; experience building business cases and gaining senior stakeholder alignment.
• Proven leadership ability driving cross-functional strategic initiatives with global teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate clinical and technical concepts into compelling value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy aligned with global business objectives.
• Lead innovation with R&D and cross-functional teams to translate unmet clinical needs into scalable products.
• Lead brand, value proposition, positioning, and go-to-market strategies globally.
• Leverage insights to shape pipeline, customer segmentation, and product design.
• Partner with regional teams to drive launches, adoption, and expansion.
• Guide pricing, forecasting, and market prioritization decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management and global marketing team.
• Align with sales, clinical, regulatory, legal, and finance for cohesive execution.
