Job summary

Lexington Medical, Inc. in the Boston area is seeking a Production Technician to assemble small mechanical components, perform quality checks, and ensure regulatory compliance. This full-time, temporary role offers hands-on experience in medical device manufacturing with potential for conversion to a permanent position.

Shift is 2nd shift (1:30PM-9:30PM), Monday to Friday. Requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, lifting up to 25 lbs, and proficiency with small hand tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking.
• Experience with small parts assembly or regulated manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed assembly instructions and standardized manufacturing procedures.
• Assemble components and perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Work in compliance with company policies and FDA/ISO regulatory standards.
• Complete required documentation and basic administrative tasks accurately.
• Identify and report issues related to quality, materials, equipment, or processes.
• Train and support team members on job tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support efficient and safe production.
