Lexington Medical, Inc. in the Boston area is seeking a Production Technician to assemble small mechanical components, perform in-process quality checks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

This role emphasizes manual dexterity with small hand tools and meticulous documentation. The position is a full-time temporary role with potential to convert to a regular employee, Monday to Friday, 2nd shift (1:30PM-9:30PM).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking.
• Experience with small parts assembly or regulated manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed assembly instructions and standardized manufacturing procedures.
• Assemble components and perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Work in compliance with company policies and FDA/ISO regulatory standards.
• Complete required documentation and basic administrative tasks accurately.
• Identify and report issues related to quality, materials, equipment, or processes.
• Train and support team members on job tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support efficient and safe production.
