Job summary

MRPC in Butler, WI is seeking a Process Technician for 1st shift to set up and adjust department equipment per DOPs, train operators, and maintain safe, efficient operations on the production floor.

You will monitor quality, perform troubleshooting, maintain records, and support the supervisor with scheduling and shipping duties as needed; prior knowledge of press operations and shop mathematics is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of press operations and shop mathematics.
• Ability to operate the forklift, hoist, and various department equipment.
• Perform extensive climbing and bending activities.
• Requires knowledge of plastics resins and drying techniques.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders for the day; assign work for the shift.
• Ensure an adequate supply of materials for area operations.
• Set up department equipment and machinery and troubleshoot.
