Qualifications
Two years medical manufacturing experience preferred.
Three years manufacturing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Implements and sustains BDPS work process for the manufacturing unit.
Identifies critical equipment setting and creation of standards.
Creates technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfers knowledge to operators.
Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies.
Understands top losses and develops plans to eliminate losses.
Responsible for change control and validation activities.
