Qualifications

• Two years medical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Three years manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements and sustains BDPS work process for the manufacturing unit.
• Identifies critical equipment setting and creation of standards.
• Creates technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfers knowledge to operators.
• Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Understands top losses and develops plans to eliminate losses.
• Responsible for change control and validation activities.
