Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a high-potential MBA graduate for a two-year MedTech Marketing rotational program in the United States. You will rotate across marketing disciplines, driving launches, pricing, promotional planning, and forecasting to support global brand strategies.

You will collaborate with R&D, Sales, and external partners to align customer needs with product capabilities and messaging, while developing leadership and strategic skills for future roles.

Qualifications

  • Must graduate from an accredited MBA Program between July 2026 and June 2027.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional work experience after undergrad.
  • Healthcare/medical device marketing experience is preferred.
  • Experience in product management, market research, sales, or strategy is preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Complete two one-year rotations across the MedTech Marketing organization.
  • Lead worldwide product launches and develop marketing materials, pricing strategies, and forecasts.
  • Contribute to global brand strategies including segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with R&D to lead project core teams from concept to launch.
  • Build relationships with surgeon customers and vendors to identify needs.
  • Lead NA product launches through customer-facing initiatives.
  • Stay connected with market needs via customer interaction, travel, and industry reviews.
  • Partner with Sales to align customer input with marketing strategy.
  • Align customer insights with product capabilities and messaging.
  • Collaborate to align demand and supply.
  • Address strategic issues with senior leaders across functions.
  • Demonstrate decision-making and project management.
  • Drive innovation across a matrixed organization.
  • Interview for potential permanent opportunities after rotations.

Job description


  • Complete two one-year rotations across the MedTech Marketing organization

  • Lead worldwide product launches and develop marketing materials, pricing strategies, promotional plans, training plans, and forecasts

  • Contribute to global brand strategies, including value propositions, segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle management

  • Partner with R&D to lead project core teams for new product development from conception through launch

  • Build collaborative relationships with surgeon customers and key vendors to identify unmet portfolio and customer needs

  • Lead and implement impactful North America product launches through customer-facing initiatives

  • Remain connected with market needs through customer interaction, sales travel, industry meetings, and medical journal reviews

  • Partner with Sales Teams to gather customer-needs input and align with marketing strategy

  • Align customer insights with product capabilities and messaging

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to align demand and supply

  • Address strategic business issues with exposure to business leaders and global cross‑functional areas

  • Demonstrate critical‑issue decision‑making and project management

  • Drive innovation across a matrixed organization

  • Interview for potential permanent full‑time opportunities after completing the program rotations


Requirements



  • Must graduate from an accredited MBA Program between July 2026 and June 2027

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional work experience following completion of an undergraduate degree

  • Experience in healthcare and/or the medical device tech industries and marketing is highly preferred

  • Experience in product management, market research, sales, business development, consulting, strategy, or other commercial functions is preferred

  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require employment visa sponsorship at the time of application or in the future

  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and platforms

  • Ability to work on‑site 3 days per week at one of the listed program locations

  • Passion for advancing healthcare and improving patient outcomes

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking capabilities

  • Decision‑making, in‑depth understanding of critical issues, and project management skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

  • Self‑motivated with a track record of taking initiative, driving results, and navigating ambiguity

  • Proven record of achievement and continuous growth in a professional business environment

  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a team‑based, highly collaborative setting

  • Demonstrated leadership potential, including influencing without authority, leading through change, and driving business impact

  • Eligibility for severance
