Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking MBA students for a Leadership Development Program focused on healthcare commercial leadership. You will rotate through marketing, market access, new product development, and global commercial strategy while preparing for future leadership roles in North America.

Participants engage in classroom and e-learning training, learn from program leadership and executives, and relocate to assigned sites to gain hands-on experience in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
• Enrolled in an accredited MBA Program with graduation planned no later than July 2027.
• Ability to relocate to assigned site location.
• A minimum of 4 years of work experience and/or military experience (5 years preferred).
• Passion for improving Healthcare.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically, and influence and execute a plan effectively.
• Validated analytical skills and cycles of success in a professional business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working to meet evolving business needs.
• Understanding AI concepts and use cases, including agentic AI, with the ability to translate business processes and workflows into AI opportunities.
• Ability to make Credo-based decisions and develop a Credo-based culture.
• A concentration in Healthcare Management or Marketing (preferred).
• Prior experience in the CLDP summer internship program (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare, marketing, sales, business analytics and/or management consulting in a health care related field (preferred).
• Project management skills and ability to navigate a matrix organization to accomplish goals (preferred).
• Collaboration with key internal and external partners in support of project outcomes (preferred).
• Development of significant partnerships to add value and insights for the organization (preferred).
• Act with speed, learning agility and intellectual curiosity (preferred).
• Clear and concise communication and presentation skills (preferred).
• Eligibility for severance (preferred).
