Job summary

BD is seeking a Project Manager/Leader to drive high-speed manufacturing projects in a regulated medical device environment. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets, timelines, and risks to ensure successful product transitions from development to manufacturing.

The role requires a BS in Engineering and ~2 years of project leadership in fast-paced settings, with PMP/SS/LSS credentials preferred. On-site presence is emphasized with a four-day minimum in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, packaging, manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
• 2 years experience as a Project Manager/Leader in high-speed manufacturing.
• Proven experience as a multidisciplinary team lead or member.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Balance technical, regulatory, operational and business requirements for project execution.
• Coordinate activities to meet business objectives, customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
