Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• In lieu of an Associate degree, 5 years of technical or manufacturing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate losses (breakdown, waste, speed) and resolve.
• Attend meetings and provide status updates for resource deployment and timelines.
• Resolve recurring losses using root cause analysis.
• Support technicians in investigating losses to ensure countermeasures are effective.
• Coach and mentor technicians and operators on problem-solving tools and robust countermeasures.
• Support CI projects and validations to improve equipment reliability.
• Develop maintenance standards and participate in maintenance planning for lines.
• Maintain critical equipment settings and ensure changes are documented in SAP.
