Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Research Associate, RHEMA to support evidence generation and health economics engagements for medical technology clients. You will collaborate with health economists, outcomes researchers, and market access experts to evaluate clinical, economic, and system‑level value of technologies.

The role involves literature reviews, real‑world evidence planning, cost analyses, and development of payer and stakeholder materials to support reimbursement and market access decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health economics, public health, health policy, epidemiology, economics, statistics, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• Graduate coursework or advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Strong research, analytical, quantitative, writing, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on Medicare, Medicaid, and private-payer coverage, coding, and payment policies and amounts.
• Perform literature searches, evidence landscape reviews, and evidence‑gap assessments.
• Support market opportunity assessments by evaluating clinical, economic, reimbursement, and stakeholder adoption drivers.
• Identify and assess datasets and real‑world evidence sources for client research questions.
• Assist with health economics and outcomes research, burden‑of‑illness analyses, and basic cost/budget‑impact/value analyses.
• Support publication planning, evidence‑generation plans, value tools, payer materials, and other stakeholder assets.
