Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health/science-related field; grad work preferred but not required.
• Strong research, analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with evidence-generation concepts and real-world evidence being used in decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication for client and stakeholder interactions.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on Medicare, Medicaid, and private-payer policies and payments.
• Perform literature searches, landscape reviews, and evidence-gap assessments.
• Support market opportunity assessments by evaluating clinical, economic, reimbursement drivers.
• Identify relevant datasets and real-world evidence sources for client questions.
• Assist with health economics, burden-of-illness, and budget-impact analyses under guidance.
• Support publication planning and payer materials; prepare deliverables in Word/PowerPoint/Excel.
• Present findings to internal teams and clients; incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Track work against scope, budget, and timelines; flag issues early.
• Collaborate with reimbursement, market access, regulatory, and clinical teams.
